A. TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The sections of the collection form that are not indicated as compulsory are optional. Failure to provide compulsory data or objection to their collection and use will render the answer to your questions / requests impossible.

When you post content on the social networks, which could include the personal data that you provide directly on these social networks and which are managed independently by third parties such as Facebook, X, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "social networks"). Content can include the images, comments, sentences associated to the aim of the website, and any other information that you design and display on the social networks dedicated to the products of the various brands of the website, BUGATTI, including any picture you possibly provide.

B. DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

If you submit an application for a job within BUGATTI, we may collect and process personal data about you, including information relating to your identification (e.g. surname, first name, date of birth...), your contact details (e-mail address, postal address, telephone number…), information relating to your professional experience (e.g. previous job titles, companies worked for…), your education and qualifications (e.g. degrees or diplomas, institutions attended…), the evaluation of your skills and competencies (e.g. results of specific tests and/or exercises, certification of language skills, etc.), and any additional information you voluntarily provide in your CV and/or cover letter (e.g. personal interests).

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

BUGATTI is processing the personal data given above for the following purposes:

To research and identify relevant profile, on the basis of the legitimate interests of BUGATTI in ensuring the efficiency of the recruitment process and identifying suitable candidates for its positions;
To pre-select the applicants, on the basis of the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request;
To contact the applicants, on the basis of the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request;
To evaluate an applicant’s ability to perform a job and measure its professional skills, on the basis of the legitimate interests of BUGATTI in ensuring the quality and relevance of its recruitment;
To create a CV database for recontacting applicants in case new opportunities matching their profile arise, on the basis of your consent;
For statistical analysis of recruitment activities, on the basis of the legitimate interests of BUGATTI in evaluating and continuously improving the quality of its recruitment activities;
For managing pre-litigation and litigation matters, on the basis of the legitimate interests of BUGATTI in protecting its rights and defending its interests in case of disputes related to the recruitment process.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data collected and processed in connection with your application will be retained as described below:

For successful applicants who are recruited: In principle, your personal data will be kept until the end of the recruitment process. Once you have been hired, however, this data may be re-used and kept for personnel management purposes. BUGATTI may also retain information that is strictly necessary for evidential purposes for a period of up to five (5) years (for example, in order to protect itself against possible disputes relating to the selection of applicants).
For unsuccessful applicants: In principle, your personal data will be kept for six (6) months after the end of the recruitment process. During this period, we may contact you again if a selected applicant is unsuccessful. BUGATTI may, however, retain information that is strictly necessary for evidential purposes for a period of up to five (5) years (for example, in order to protect against possible challenges relating to the selection of candidates).

Regardless of whether or not your application has been successful for the position(s) for which you applied, and only if you consent, we may retain your data in order to contact you again if new opportunities arise. In this case, the retention period of your data will be set in consideration of the type of position concerned and will under no circumstances exceed two (2) years from the date of our last contact. You may object to such retention without justification. At the end of this two-year period, we may ask you to consent once again to the storage of your data for a reasonable period and, at the most, for two (2) years.

E. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA

All your personal data is confidential and will only be accessible, on a need-to-know basis, to duly authorized personnel of BUGATTI working, in particular, in the sales, after-sales, marketing and human resources services.

We may also communicate your personal data to our data processors (i.e. our service providers), especially for our email service.

The personal data may be transferred to third countries, including in countries which do not have the same level of protection of personal data as in the EEA. Data transfers to these service providers such as analytic and search engines providers that assist us in the improvement and optimization of our website, advertisers and advertising networks and marketing agencies in order that they may select and provide you with information that may be of interest to you about BUGATTI, are secured through appropriate safeguards, including contractual guarantees such as the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
