DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
BUGATTI is processing the personal data given above for the following purposes:
- To research and identify relevant profile, on the basis of the legitimate interests of BUGATTI in ensuring the efficiency of the recruitment process and identifying suitable candidates for its positions;
- To pre-select the applicants, on the basis of the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request;
- To contact the applicants, on the basis of the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request;

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The personal data collected and processed in connection with your application will be retained as described below:
- For successful applicants who are recruited: In principle, your personal data will be kept until the end of the recruitment process. Once you have been hired, however, this data may be re-used and kept for personnel management purposes. BUGATTI may also retain information that is strictly necessary for evidential purposes for a period of up to five (5) years (for example, in order to protect itself against possible disputes relating to the selection of applicants).
- For unsuccessful applicants: In principle, your personal data will be kept for six (6) months after the end of the recruitment process. During this period, we may contact you again if a selected applicant is unsuccessful. BUGATTI may, however, retain information that is strictly necessary for evidential purposes for a period of up to five (5) years (for example, in order to protect against possible challenges relating to the selection of candidates).
Regardless of whether or not your application has been successful for the position(s) for which you applied, and only if you consent, we may retain your data in order to contact you again if new opportunities arise. In this case, the retention period of your data will be set in consideration of the type of position concerned and will under no circumstances exceed two (2) years from the date of our last contact. You may object to such retention without justification. At the end of this two-year period, we may ask you to consent once again to the storage of your data for a reasonable period and, at the most, for two (2) years.
E. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA
All your personal data is confidential and will only be accessible, on a need-to-know basis, to duly authorized personnel of BUGATTI working, in particular, in the sales, after-sales, marketing and human resources services.
